                       Assistant Principal

                       -Self Study Steering Committee for New England Association of Schools and Colleges
                        accreditation process.
                       -Member of district data strategies committee.
                       -Supervision of standards-based competencies and assessments for high school
                        mathematics department.
                       -Chairperson for Seacoast Social Studies teachers’ collaboration in developing
                        standards-based competencies and assessments.
                       -Oversaw the planning for redesign and transition of students and faculty to a new
                        facility.
                       -Tripled the number of students accessing AP English and Social Studies curricula in
                         two years.
                       -Co-Chairperson, Social Studies Curriculum Committee: realigned the K – 12
                        curriculum with the New Hampshire state frameworks.
                       -Facilitated the introduction of extended blocks of time into the bell schedule.
                       -Supervision of the Math, Science, English, Social Studies and Drama.
                       -School Registrar and building the master schedule in 2002-2003.

                        participation to develop a healthy school community.
                       -Supervised the Science, Art, Music, Computer Science, Physical Education, Health,
                        Consumer Science and Industrial Technology departments.

                       -Supervised 64 teams and a staff of 78 coaches, teachers and advisors.
                       -Introduced new programs in: Girls’ Soccer, Girls’ and Boys’ Lacrosse.
                       -Organized and hosted the Maine State Gymnastics Championship in 1995, 1996.
                       -Organized and hosted the Maine State Wrestling Championship in 1992,
                        1994 and1998.
                       -Developed the Western Maine Conference Student Summit. This  
                        nationally recognized forum brought 200 students together from 20  
                        schools to discuss current issues in secondary athletics.
