MEDICAL ALERT!
Please notify the School Health Office whenever your child is being tested for and/or diagnosed with a new medical condition. Please note that this also includes any changes being made to a current medication or the addition of a new medication. When medical emergencies occur at school, the school nurse is the first to respond and any change in your child's medical status could be vitally important. We respect your choice for confidentiality but also want to do our best to provide the best care possible. Thank you!
